Here is a political cartoon from the Great Depression. It basically says that the people did not have any money and they didn't trust the banks anymore. This cartoon relates to Bonnie and Clyde because they lived in the Great Depression and like most people they had little money, which is an obvious reason why they stole. Also, many people were angry with the banks because of what was going on so some people even thought of Bonnie and Clyde as a "robin hood" type of thief even though they never gave the money to anyone else, and they killed innocent people.
